Words can’t explain how thankful I am for all your help and assistance with my claim . Over the years I’ve fought this fight alone , been mislead by many and almost gave up because the door has been slammed in my face constantly.

This world is full of people who say they wanna help Veterans , but when it’s time to help they disappear. Because of this we are hesitant about asking for help .

I hope all is well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to your company for the support you provided with my VA claim. The process can be overwhelming at times, and having the right people in your corner makes all the difference.

I especially want to thank you for assigning Dana Walker to my case. Before starting this process, I had heard stories about claim agents who were hard to reach or did not respond to questions. My experience with Shillingford Consulting Group was the complete opposite. Dana was exceptional.

She always returned my emails and calls, no matter how small the question. She was patient, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She consistently went above and beyond what I ever expected.
