Professional Background
As a former Contracting Officer for the United States Air Force (USAF), Dawud has written, reviewed, and awarded contracts alued from $150,000 to $4.5 Billion. He has led or managed over 50 competitive government source selections within operational, contingency, systems, and research and development contracting.
After retiring from the USAF, Dawud served as a Manager in Deloitte's Federal Contracts and later as a civil servant at the SEC, supporting the Information Technology Branch as a contracting specialists. His collaborative approach enables him to communicate across diverse teams and deliver results that drive mission success.
